We are looking to recruit an exceptional Headteacher for Bignold Primary School who has the expertise, both strategically and operationally to continue to improve this delightful school. Reporting directly to the Head of Education, the Bignold Headteacher is an integral member of our school improvement team, working closely with central team and other colleagues across our Trust. We focus on professional development, networks of support and a sharp attention on what happens in classrooms. We see the value in sharing expertise across our Trust, but also in considering the unique context of each school on its school improvement journey.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: Group 3 school (L16 to L23) £68,400 - £81,070

Hours: Full-time

Contract type: Permanent (6-month probation period)
