Could you be our next school governor?

If you’re an enthusiastic and dedicated individual who would like to make a meaningful difference to a school in your area, then we’re looking for you.

We have vacancies for community governors on several of our schools’ Local Governing Boards (LGBs). It is an interesting and rewarding voluntary role, where you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to life at our schools.

You don’t need any education experience as you will work alongside an educational specialist on the board – more important is the ability to exercise common sense and work together with others to provide support and challenge to school leaders.

We are looking for community governors at:

• Angel Road Schools
• Costessey Primary School
• Eaton Primary School
• Elm Tree Primary School
• Nelson Infant School
• Poplars Primary School
• Wensum Junior School

Additionally, if you have a child at Angel Road Schools, Costessey Primary School, Dell Primary School or Wensum Junior School, we have parent governor vacancies.
