Join our Trust
Our primary specialism
As one of the few Multi-Academy-Trusts (MATs) with primary schools only, and one of the largest in our region, we are very focused on the specific needs of children between 2 and 11 years. This means, that we have significant experience in all things that matter to primary schools, but we are are also acutely aware of the importance of preparing children for their next stage of education.
We have primary schools across Norfolk and Suffolk and we use intelligent, pragmatic and nuanced levels of support and challenge to ensure that all children across our trust experience a great education, both in meeting their individual needs and in ensuring they achieve great outcomes.
From the importance of EYFS and early communication skills through to decoding and comprehension development, we make no apologies for prioritising reading in our schools. But this is just the start. As well as a passion for reading for pleasure, reading also enables children to access the full breadth and depth of the curriculum. We have strong leaders in our school committed to ensuring that children grow in self-confidence, knowledge and skills and are fully prepared for their next stage. We therefore place strong emphasis on CPD from bespoke training, instructional coaching, mentoring, NPQs and as a Trust we also support all staff CPD through a full subscription to the National College. It does not matter what your role is with us, you are valued, appreciated and supported to develop further.
With 12 schools currently, Evolution Academy Trust anticipates further growth given the changing educational landscape; this may be further sponsored academies or good schools wishing to join the Trust. We view it important that Trusts have the opportunity to work with each other for support, information and best use of resources. We already work with other local MATs on a range of matters and would always welcome partnerships.
Alternatively, perhaps you are a support staff member, teacher or leader in another setting who is looking to join us.
Either way, if you are interested in speaking to us about how we can work together, please get in touch for an informal conversation
