New Head of HR for Trust

We are delighted to announce that experienced HR professional Suzanne Lightwing-Smith has started as our new Head of Human Resources.

Suzanne brings over 20 years of experience in HR leadership roles from a variety of sectors and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). 

Suzanne said “I am delighted to be joining Evolution Academy Trust at this exciting time, and want to ensure that our HR function enables all colleagues to be the best they can be, offering support, guidance and frameworks to ensure they can do so.

“We know that staff professional development remains a key priority at EAT and I am really looking forward to working with our schools and central team.”
